Job Description

Pay $61,880.00 - $70,998.20 / 12-Month School Calendar & Sign-on bonus Eligible!

* Full Time $5,000
* Part Time $2,500  *(20 or more hours a week)

Core Responsibilities

As a Registered Physical Therapist, you will support individuals across our
programs by providing expert evaluation, therapy services, and collaborative
care. 

* Evaluate and assess individuals on an ongoing basis to develop personalized,
meaningful treatment goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions based on assessment findings, helping
individuals enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
* Educate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans, therapy
methods, injury prevention, positioning, range of motion, and more.
* Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including educators and
healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with each Individual Program Plan
(IPP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP).
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and
regulatory requirements.
* Support departmental operations, including equipment needs, adaptation, and
orientation of new staff.
* Participate in agency-wide initiatives that advance our mission and enhance
the well-being of the people we serve.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
* Current NYS Physical Therapy Registration/Licensure
* 1-3 years of related experience preferred
* A valid NYS Driver's License and ability to travel between sites
