Job Description
Responsible for supervising licensed therapist and oversight of interns and graduate students. Responsible for providing therapy to patients in need of mental health services with rapid access to care through models of engagement and delivery of evidence based practices. Participates in the evaluation and treatment of patients while working towards encouraging participation with ongoing mental health care decisions and services as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise licensed therapists, interns, and graduate students while providing direct mental health therapy to patients. Oversee the delivery of evidence-based practices and participate in patient evaluation and treatment planning.
Requirements
Requires clinical knowledge of mental health issues and proficiency in diagnostic assessments and evidence-based practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
