Job Description
Under a board-approved supervisor, provides clinical and consultative services to prevent, assess, evaluate, and treat mental emotional or behavioral disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of a board-approved supervisor, the intern will provide clinical and consultative services focused on preventing, assessing, evaluating, and treating mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. This role involves direct service delivery within a structured supervisory framework.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's degree or higher in professional counseling or a related field, along with up to one year of related experience. Applicants are required to be registered as an intern with the Texas Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, with eligibility for QMHP and progress toward LPC being preferred.
