The Physician Liaison is responsible for building and fostering relationships between the hospital and local medical offices to increase patient referrals for treatment and care. This involves meeting with physicians to promote services, assessing relationship satisfaction, and supporting hospital events and marketing initiatives.
The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work under stress with patience and tact, and local travel to fulfill duties. Preferred qualifications include five years of hospital marketing or physician liaison experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
