Key Responsibilities

The Rehab Director is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs to optimize patient outcomes, and monitoring patient admissions and assessments. This role also involves providing administrative supervision and serving as a mentor to rehabilitation staff, while also providing occupational therapy services as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in the state of employment and possess at least one year of treatment experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, exceptional clinical talents, and knowledge of rehabilitation services, with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation.
