Key Responsibilities
The Associate Counselor will assist in screening, assessment, and the development of treatment plans under the supervision of a Qualified Addiction Professional. They are also responsible for facilitating group and individual counseling sessions, maintaining clinical documentation, and participating in team meetings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an associate degree or high school diploma and be registered as a trainee with the Missouri Credentialing Board. Additionally, they must possess a valid driver's license and obtain required certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Management.
