Provide clinical pharmacy care to patients in the MICU, Cardiac ICU, Neurocritical Care Unit, Level III NICU, and ED. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams overnight and respond to adult and pediatric medical emergencies throughout the hospital.
Requires a PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and an Oregon Pharmacist License. Preferred qualifications include a PGY2 Critical Care residency or equivalent years of critical care pharmacy experience.
