Key Responsibilities
The counselor will facilitate group therapy sessions and provide one-on-one counseling while maintaining clinical progress notes and treatment plans. They will also collaborate with community partners and providers to ensure effective case management and care coordination.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Graduate degree in a relevant field and possess a Maine license such as LADC, CADC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCISW. A minimum of two years of experience in substance use disorder settings and leading group therapy is required.
