Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The Primary Therapist will conduct clinical evaluations, develop person-centered treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy. They are also responsible for maintaining electronic health records and coordinating with insurance utilization review teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Master's degree in a relevant field and be registered as a pre-licensed or independently licensed therapist in Washington State. Experience in group, family, and individual therapy, along with the ability to pass background checks, is required.
