Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will design and implement individualized, assent-based treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs. They will also collaborate with families, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress to ensure high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and possess experience in delivering ABA therapy and supervising RBTs. A strong commitment to data-driven, individualized treatment and excellent communication skills are required.
