Job Description
Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.
We are currently looking for a Masters Level Primary Therapist to work in our SUD Program.
Responsibilities Include
· Core issue identification and resolution with clients
· Individual, family and group Therapies
· Development of Treatment Plans
Qualifications Include
· Ability to connect to a variety of clients
· Willingness to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for best practice
Salary is commensurate with experience

Experience
* Substance Use and and/or Mental Health Disorder Therapist: 1 year (Preferred)

A pre-employment drug screen is also required as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
The primary therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions while identifying and resolving core issues for clients. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree with a clinical major and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Prior experience in substance use or mental health disorder treatment is preferred.
