Job description
Join BrightView LLC as a Therapist I or II – Substance Use Disorder, Loan Repayment in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Overview Join our dynamic team as a Therapist I where your passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery will find purpose. As a Therapist I, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to those seeking support for substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate competency for individual counseling, offering occasional individual counselor sessions as appropriate.
- PATIENT CARE COORDINATION Assist with treatment planning and reviewing progress towards treatment plan goals.
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- MEETING AND COLLABORATION Attends required meetings including but not limited to all on-site staff meetings, supervision, multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Attend required meetings including individual and group supervision, multidisciplinary team meeting, and quarterly in-service.
- TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP Occasional training/onboarding support for new hire Counselor I.
- Training, onboarding, and mentorship support for new hire counselors within the site or adjacent clinics.
