Key Responsibilities
- Perform client assessments to determine level of care within facility
- Conducts comprehensive trauma
- focused assessments and develops tailored treatment plans focusing on safety, stabilization, and reprocessing.
- Develop and implement a plan of treatment and aftercare plans for the client and/or family, including obtaining collateral information from family and support network
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, MHC, Psychology, Public Administration, or similarly related field
- LMHC or LCSW certification or license eligible
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Trauma Therapist/Counselor position working directly with clients is required.
- Must have superior interpersonal skills and be proficient in delivering individual, group, family therapy and case
