Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client assessments to determine level of care within facility
  • Conducts comprehensive trauma
  • focused assessments and develops tailored treatment plans focusing on safety, stabilization, and reprocessing.
  • Develop and implement a plan of treatment and aftercare plans for the client and/or family, including obtaining collateral information from family and support network

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, MHC, Psychology, Public Administration, or similarly related field
  • LMHC or LCSW certification or license eligible
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a Trauma Therapist/Counselor position working directly with clients is required.
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills and be proficient in delivering individual, group, family therapy and case
