The therapist will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions. They will also implement crisis intervention strategies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field and possess a valid state licensure such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling and strong knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral health principles are required.
