Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions while developing individualized treatment plans for adults and seniors in long-term care facilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license with the ability to practice independently. Candidates must have significant experience treating adult or senior populations with severe persistent mental illness.
