Key Responsibilities
The Mental Health Worker will monitor and support patients to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment while documenting physical and emotional well-being. They will assist with daily activities and communicate critical changes to the clinical team to facilitate effective patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. While not mandatory, a college degree and at least one year of psychiatry-related experience are preferred.
