Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically sound documentation Collaborate within a team-based care model to support client outcomes
