Job description
Join Lilac Health as a CNM Staff Midwife – Part-Time, Birth Center, Charleston, SC in Charleston, SC, United States. Located within minutes of historic Charleston, South Carolina, and its many beaches, Charleston Birth Place is the only CABC-accredited CNM freestanding birth center in South Carolina. We serve a diverse population with roots serving the military and the uninsured.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive maternity and wellness services, including prenatal care, labor support, and gynecological exams. Assist families in a freestanding birth center and hospital setting while promoting physiologic birth and shared decision-making.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active or temporary South Carolina APRN license, along with current DEA, BLS, and NRP certifications. A minimum of one year of experience in a birth center or midwifery unit is preferred, though new graduates with strong labor and delivery experience will be considered.
