PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis.
• Comfort working with Pediatric patient populations
• Experience in using trauma-informed care models.

All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!
