The coordinator is responsible for booking OB/GYN patient appointments using the Epic electronic medical record system while maintaining scheduling protocols. They serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling demographic updates and providing excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience using a PC in a Windows environment. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a healthcare or OB/GYN setting and at least six months of experience in a patient call coordinator role.
