The APP Manager provides comprehensive medical and surgical care to inpatient neurosurgery patients while supervising and directing a team of PAs and APRNs. They also serve as a liaison between clinical staff and hospital administration to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Physician Assistant license, NCCPA board certification, and a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in medical or surgical specialties is required, along with demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
