Job Description

Physical Therapist | Stafford, VA | Prompt Clinical Career Connection

Focus on what you got into this profession for: your patients.

We're partnering with an established outpatient physical therapy practice in Stafford, Virginia, that's looking to grow its team!

This practice believes a great career is about more than simply filling a position. It's about providing meaningful patient care, being part of a supportive team, and having opportunities to continue learning and growing throughout your career.

With a competitive salary, personalized career development opportunities, and access to innovative technology, this could be a great next step for a PT looking to make an impact!

Love being a PT, but not everything that comes with it?

Most physical therapists don't want to leave patient care. They want to leave the after-hours documentation, unrealistic productivity expectations, and environments that make it harder to provide great care.

At Prompt, we believe the right clinic, supported by the right technology, can make all the difference. That's why we created Prompt Clinical Career Connection, connecting PTs with Prompt-powered clinics that prioritize clinician success.

We're excited to highlight an opportunity with a collaborative outpatient practice in Stafford that values individualized care, professional development, mentorship, and creating an environment where clinicians can build long-term careers.

What Makes This Opportunity Special?

Competitive Compensation: Earn between $85,000 and $105,000 annually, based on experience, with additional performance-based incentive opportunities.

Up to $20,000 in Career Investment: Eligible clinicians may qualify for up to $20,000 in personalized career investment support, which can be applied toward student loan repayment, advanced training, certifications, residency, relocation, or other professional development opportunities, subject to eligibility and program terms.

Mentorship & Professional Development: Join a practice that invests in its clinicians through structured mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to develop new skills and areas of expertise.

Career Growth: Whether you're interested in clinical specialization, advanced certifications, leadership, or growing into new responsibilities, this practice is committed to helping clinicians explore their long-term career goals.

Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a supportive outpatient team that values communication, accountability, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

New Graduates Welcome: Whether you're just starting your PT career or bringing years of experience, this practice offers opportunities to continue learning and growing.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs, goals, and progress.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and help them take an active role in their recovery.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide a consistent, positive patient experience.
  • Participate in clinical mentorship, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
  • The Prompt Advantage: Less documentation, more patient care

Prompt-powered practices have access to AI built specifically for rehab therapy to help reduce administrative work, including:

Ambient AI Scribe: Drafts your documentation based on the patient encounter, giving you less to write from scratch.

Real-Time Compliance: Helps ensure notes meet documentation and compliance requirements before submission.

AI Case Summaries: Surfaces relevant patient information and clinical context without digging through the chart.

The impact? 96% of clinicians using Prompt leave work at work instead of documenting after hours, and therapists at Prompt-powered practices leave the profession at a significantly lower rate than the industry overall.

Combined with a practice that invests in mentorship, professional development, and clinician success, it's an opportunity to focus on what you love about being a PT.
