Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for ensuring patient safety, providing interventions, and supporting patients throughout their treatment experience from admission to discharge. They also facilitate daily patient needs, lead psychoeducational groups, and assist nursing staff with clinical documentation and crisis response.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid, unrestricted state driver's license. Applicants must be willing to obtain CPI, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire.
