Manager, Behavioral Health Technicians

Foothills (Ellenboro, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and adult men's mental health treatment program designed specifically to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technicians Manager to provide leadership and supervision to our direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the scheduling of the clinical technicians
• Ensure clinical technician staffing needs are met, maintain appropriate ratios and remaining within projected budget
• Complete, review, and approve bi-weekly timecards for clinical technicians
• Participate in the daily morning meeting of program and logistics department
• Assist with the editing of clinical teach growth books and clinical tech handbook as needed to accompany programmatic changes
• Encourage clinical technicians to complete growth books and review completed growth books with them
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all areas of base programming
• Participate in weekly community meetings for all clients
• Ensure that all client orientations are completed
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of programming is made available
• Participate in and facilitate staff in-service trainings as indicated
• Assist with transports, new client outfitting, and doctor appointments as needed
• Serves in the role of primary responder as scheduled

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in the field of substance abuse or a related Human Services field
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or social work
• CADC-I

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field
• Microsoft Office
• CADC
