Night Behavioral Health Technician

Join ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES as a Night Behavioral Health Technician in Fletcher, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Remaining awake and alert throughout the shift.

• Participating in shift exchange to receive nightly updates from outgoing clinical technician team.

• Ensuring the security and safety of campus, facilities, and residents.

• Participating in outgoing shift exchange with morning clinical technician team to update on any issues from overnight.

Requirements

• Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent).

• Personal and/or professional experience with 12 Step Recovery, Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Treatment and/or Wilderness Therapy.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related mental health field preferred.

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills preferred.
