Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily running of the Pharmacy Department, ensuring a safe, effective and patient

centred medicines management service.

Provide expert clinical pharmacy support to oncology and haematology patients.

Clinically screen, check and validate SACT prescriptions (including use of electronic prescribing systems such as iQEMO).

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the GPhC and hold an MPharm or BSc Pharm qualification, along with completed pre-registration training and a postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy. Strong experience in hospital pharmacy, SACT prescription checking, and proven team leadership abilities are essential.
