The Registered Pharmacist provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while filling and/or verifying prescriptions and counseling patients according to all state and federal regulations. Responsibilities also include assisting with pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, and potentially assuming department responsibility in the manager's absence.
Candidates must possess a college degree and licensure in pharmacy, along with continuing education to maintain licensure, and six months to a year of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and the ability to administer immunizations.
