Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and independence. Monitor and document patient progress while maintaining effective communication with families and the rehabilitation team.
Requirements
Must hold a current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and be a graduate of an accredited PTA program. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with experience in skilled nursing or senior rehabilitation considered a plus.
