The Speech Pathologist CFY is responsible for determining differential diagnoses of speech, swallowing, and feeding disorders through appropriate evaluations. This role involves planning and administering therapeutic services to patients, as well as counseling patients and/or their families regarding the disorder.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold a current Temporary NJ State License, actively working towards the permanent license and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required at hire or within three months, and QI certification is required for Wayne employees only.
