Key Responsibilities

Provides home-based, direct therapy intervention and consultative services to patients, particularly children ages birth to three. Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatments based on established Individualized Family Services Plans.

Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in occupational therapy and current licensure in the state of Indiana. Candidates must hold Basic Life Support certification and have 0-3 years of relevant experience.
