Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients across the lifespan to improve functional independence and participation in daily activities. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized plans of care and supervises support personnel.

Requirements

Requires a master’s degree in occupational therapy and a current license in the State of Indiana. Candidates must hold Basic Life Support certification and are preferred to have NBCOT certification.
