Key Responsibilities
The provider will conduct comprehensive physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, and manage individualized care plans for patients of all ages. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team, perform minor procedures, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. A current DEA permit and national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner are also required.
