Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive visits, acute care, and chronic disease management. Coordinate patient care with specialists and document clinical encounters efficiently in the EHR.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Requires an active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
