Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharm. D. or BS in Pharmacy and hold a current registered pharmacist license in the State of Florida. Hospital experience is preferred, and required certifications include BLS within 30 days of hire, with ACLS and/or PALS required if code attendance is mandatory.
