Join Daniel Memorial as a Wraparound Coordinator – M-F, No Weekends in Florida. Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm - some evening/weekend work required. Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED, and at least 1+ years' experience working or living with children / families with complex emotional needs.
This position offers day shifts only. Work with Daniel Memorial in Florida.
The Wraparound Coordinator facilitates the wraparound process by convening child and family teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. They provide ongoing care management, coordinate multi-agency services, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and mental health standards.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working with children or families with complex emotional needs. A valid Florida driver's license and the ability to conduct home visits are required.
