Plan and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. Conduct examinations and interventions for individuals affected by injury or disease across skilled nursing and home health settings.
Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Appropriate educational level for state licensure is required, and a valid driver's license may be necessary.
