STLC Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates and assesses participants to develop and implement personalized treatment programs, including exercise and gait training. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide training to staff and family members.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid North Carolina physical therapy license. At least one year of experience working with a frail elderly population is required.
