Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy services in patient homes to restore function, improve mobility, and promote independence. They are responsible for establishing treatment plans, supervising therapy assistants, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current, unrestricted Florida PT license. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred, along with proficiency in EMR documentation and knowledge of Medicare home health regulations.
