The Nurse Consultant promotes the health and wellness of individuals served by the ACCS Integrated Team by monitoring medication programs and providing direct treatment. They also facilitate care transitions, provide staff training, and act as an on-call consultant to ensure integrated support.
Candidates must be a Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse with at least one year of nursing experience. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe mental health issues is strongly preferred.
