Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited curriculum in Occupational Therapy.

• LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Louisiana through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
