Join Human Touch Home Health Care as a Physical Therapist – Home Health, Sign-On Bonus in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. PAY IS PER VISIT NOT PER HOUR Full Time SIGN ON BONUS $5,000 The physical therapist contracted or employed through the Organization is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement.
