Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for home-bound patients to improve their functional status and mobility. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants and instructing caregivers on therapeutic programs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy and possess a valid state license. A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in home health, is required along with current CPR certification.
