Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Patient Load

Approximately 20 patients per day

Support Staff

Each provider will have one Medical Assistant (MA) and one Patient Access Representative (PAR)

Current EHR System

Cerner

Required Skills and Procedures

• Proficient in Adult Outpatient care

• Experience in Pediatric General Outpatient care
• Competence in Gynecology procedures, including pelvic exams and pap smears

• Ability to interpret EKGs
• Must be well-versed and comfortable managing patients across all age groups from newborns to geriatrics

Operational Notes

• As of July 1, 2023, providers are required to use DocTime for clocking in and out through reverse invoicing.

Shift Details

• Consistent hours: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM only)

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification

Mandatory in Family Medicine

Licensure

Must hold an active Michigan medical license at the time of name clearance

Experience

Demonstrated experience in Family Medicine is essential

Geographic Preference

Candidates should ideally be local to Michigan

Eligibility

Consideration is limited to candidates residing in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin

Self-Query NPDB

Must be completed within the month prior to presentation

Certification Standards

• Candidates must be Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Licensing Requirements

• Valid medical license in the state of Michigan is a prerequisite.
