Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will plan, implement, and evaluate therapy programs in accordance with skilled nursing facility regulations. They will also participate in patient discharge planning, care plan development, and maintain accurate treatment records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution, though bachelor's degrees may be accepted for grandfathered applicants. A current license to practice as an occupational therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
