Key Responsibilities
- /Responsibilities: Patient Care Meets standards of practice as outlined by AANP.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other providers/specialists as needed and adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
- May be responsible for coordinating health education information.
- Identifies patient/client needs, develops quality programs, and ensures deliver of quality services to meet those needs for all patients.
Requirements

- ) Performs, orders, and evaluates results of lab, x-ray, and diagnostic tests as indicated.
- Provides coverage for other providers’ patients when a provider is unavailable.
- Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development to keep abreast of the latest trends in family medicine.
