About the Role
Join STGi as a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) in United States. STGi is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) to provide services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic. JOB SUMMARY: The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) will be assigned to the Mental Health Service of the Hopkinsville VA clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides education to patients, family members, and significant others.
- Consults with and serves as a resource for other professional personnel concerning the need for, evaluation of, and development of, psychological services.
- May be asked to assist in the selection, training, and supervision of staff at lower grades within assigned program area.
- Willingly accepts additional and special assignments that are necessary to meet program goals or Veteran needs.
