NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

1- Full-time (4 day work week with 1 late evening per week)

The successful candidate must have

* Current Licensure in the state of IA.

* One to two years advanced clinical experience required.

* Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification (preferred).

* Basic computer skills.

* Bilingual Spanish a plus.

General Functions of Position

* Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population.

* Provide continuity of care to assigned patients.

* Provide care to patients assigned to other providers when needed.

* Need to be flexible in schedule.
