Key Responsibilities
The Mental Health Technician assists the multidisciplinary team in providing direct patient care and coordinating daily unit activities. Responsibilities include orienting patients to the unit, monitoring safety procedures, and facilitating the admission and discharge processes.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma along with either a CNA certification or an Associate's degree in a healthcare field. At least one year of relevant inpatient behavioral health experience is highly preferred.
