Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, and administer treatments to restore function and relieve pain. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas license in Physical Therapy and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
