Key Responsibilities

This role involves assessing and monitoring the nutritional status of pediatric liver transplant patients, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), counseling, and coordinating nutrition care with the medical team. Responsibilities also include completing thorough documentation, developing educational materials, and participating in the training and mentoring of team members and interns.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (CDR) and licensed by the state board, or successfully pass the exam and become registered/licensed within six months of employment. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required if CDR registration eligibility was obtained before January 1, 2024, or a master's degree if initial CDR registration is obtained on or after that date, with no prior experience required.
